Grainy Film filter? It rocks!

I believe the Olympus Grainy Film mode is more than just a fancy effect. This mode is like having a roll of Neopan 1600 at your fingertips. It has the punch, the contrast, the look, the feel of using a vintage black and white film. It’s a great tool to learn about the impact of light, shadow and texture.

Long time no see

It was an ordinary weekday when we decided to meet. We talked and talked and talked, had plenty of catching up with each other, and laughed like we had the chance to meet every day in the last three years. Great wine and great company, I could not have asked for a better way to spend my Monday night.

Little girl on the tram

As you guys may know Micro Four Thirds cameras are quite the rage as of late, with the ability to have a small form factor while delivering decent image quality. As a plus they are lightweight, discrete, quiet, so it’s easier to keep a low profile while shooting. You’re almost invisible.

I couldn’t have taken these pictures with a bulky DSLR without being noticed and ruining spontaneity of the photos.
